 hey slolyfe that was some nice work on the frame repair just took a look. i still have some gussets to weld in father in law is coming this weekend so i will be thinking of all kinds of things to do on the truck.

Thanks, Just gusset that inside corner really well and it will prevent a lot of trouble down the road.

The harder I look the more the crack grows. There is a lot of work needed to fix this thing. Dont worry! It will be done by MCRXI

cracked the same way as my buddies. Drill the ends of the crack out and re weld it. Then plate over it an you shouldnt have any mire probs

Going to drill the ends and file out a grove along the crack. Weld it in and gusset what I can. Should be good

Oh, an I just bought a pair of Fox air bumps off Pirate. Should start mocking those into place next week. Making them work with leafs.

Yeah, I dont think the stock housing will last forever. Actually, I'm really surprised it's lasted thru what it has Testament to Toyota

I would recommend gussets. Totally would.

Hahaha. I did that after I found my cracks. Pressure washed the frame and went to town with a flash light. Make sure you look back by your motor mounts and shock hoops.

 ya i will tell you i have been out there looking around and i haven't even taken her to the rocks. i was a little hard on her for the past 6 years though. to many  and a lot of skinny peddle.
