:dunno: looks fine to me.  Looks like a light spot right above the toyota emblem on the grill, assuming that is just some sunlight coming through the tree?

IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

on the one with the bad front clip??   it  works fine,  painted my entire truck with it  about 7 years ago

Glen, you need a compressor and a spray gun!  You should be able to get some cheap paint through the local shops, or I've seen automotive paint pretty cheap on craigslist sometimes.
