Well not exactly like that. I still need to start on the tube work, then it then figure out the mounting. I have a couple pics but my camera batterys went dead, so I have to get some of them before you can see anything.I will get back on it pretty soon, and hopefully have it ready for you when Dennis comes up to bring Mine and Mikes spare 3rd back to us here really soon.

I have been bouncing around from one thing to another. I have been working on my extra cab, and just about have it rolling again, then I have to take 8+ inches from the front and 10 or so from the rear of the bed.......then sas...... then .....

That would be much easier. I could fab a tube to go between the framerails right where those stock mounting tabs are, then that would give a nice flat, and strong surface for the bumper to mount to. Alot of the problem I've been having is trying to figure out how to mount to those tabs, and still keep it strong enough to support the weight. Well not only that but Its got to be strong, couse stuff either runs into you or you run into it.  :driving:

I want this thing to be able to save you from even a dent if a deer were to run out in front of you. Heck you could just hit the gas then take it home for supper. The opossums, and armadillos don't make for a full meal anyhow.

Use some rear main leafs, and add in some of those leafs you already have then a drop front hanger, oh and a long slip driveshaft. The stock shackles are barely adequate for the stock springs imo. A flatter spring will ride and flex better , but not if the shackles bottom against the frame. It looks like you could stand to lower that thing down some.

How long of a shackle did you make there anyhow?

After looking again you could loose a leaf or two and add some shims, but /\ is how I roll.
