i finished bolting down the bed and used a strap to position it squarely :psss:  didnt realize how badly warped the bed was :suprised:

:nope:  i gotta install some longer shackles up front,  the stock ones  are letting the spring eyes hit the frame,  and  i gotta mount some turn signals on the front  and wire them up temporarily until i get my front bumper mounted

Gittinit

Glen your bumper is coming along nicely. I set a platform down into the bumper slightly for the winch to sit on, then angled the sides up at the corners to help improve your approach angles. Next up is the tube for grill and headlight protection. I still don't know what to do about mounting this thing to your frame as the frame I have to mock everything from has no core support , grill, ect, so its kinda hard to tell exactly where it needs to sit on there.  :flamer:

my grill is 8 inches  above the mount holes on the front of the cross member thing  that goes infront of the bottom of the radiator

also 2 1/2 inches above the  top of the body mountbracket

How far forward in relation to the front crosmember is the lower edge of the grill where the back/top edge of the bumper should almost meet, the grill?

in relation to that cross member  um  1- 2 inches
