So any ideas on how i can get this signed off.  My buddy is bringing his jack over, so i can take a tire off my diesel to put on the toyota.. i don't know if thats going to even move the tires in that much.  So.. with that said, pending stock rims/tires don't work, do I.

- tack- weld sheet metal to my body to make ghetto flares
- Cut a garbage can into sections and screw them into the fender wells to make flares.

any big rig junkyards around, on the back of a "reliance" trailer, they have fenders covering two rear semi tires, find one of those fenders, cut in half should do both sides do a google image search on reliance trailer fender

I think they still stick out too far without flares.

I have an old heavy duty bed mat you could cut pieces out of it for flares, Ive been gonna do it a few times but never did

Went up to the T last weekend just to cruise around for the first time. Saw a little snow.





Went up with some friends today while they got their Christmas trees, the one in my tacoma isn't mine.  I was just hauling it.  Just went with them to get out of the house and do something.  Oh i guess i never posted, i got rid of my diesel, and got this tacoma, it is a 97 3rz 5speed, with 212,000miles.

And let me put it this way.. the 4runner is a total pile.. lol.

It rides like absolute garbage, i smack bump stops all the time because i had to set them with no uptravel because steering hits the frame.
The tps in it is shot, so it bucks and surges super bad while driving it.  And my tires were not impressive in snow.

so fix it fool!!! and I can tell by looking at the tires they would suck in the snow, Im sure you thought it to, I know your burnt out on the runner but don't stop now.

been thinking about selling it honestly.


and here is my super amazing ghetto fab fender flares.. Cost me a whole $10 and about 10 minutes of time self tapping them into the fenders.  I told you i was going to do something super half assed and ghetto, did i do a good job?  Yes i ripped them off the day after i got home.  lol  I told the sheriffs i was going to and they laughed.

They might do better grooved, but they are really stiff, they were made to go 100mph through the desert not .25 mph in snow/rocks. Lol. Im goinf to try to trade them before i ruin them grooving them.
