I am loving the key chain. An idea, incorporate some sort of bottle opener and or flat bladed screw driver edge.

I put this safari rack together for a buddy's bronco this past spring.

Size is 72"x54"x6", with 4 light mounts(2 front/rear), a CB antenna mount on the right side, and a shovel mount.

The rack is made up of a combo of 1/2" and 1" galvanized electrical conduit, and two 5' sections of 1"x1" steel tube for the two crooss mieces that mount to the side gutter mounts.

The mounts are a two piece design made from 1/8" diamond plate and .095 plate.  The clamp section of the mount is a two piece hinged set-up(to aid in removal yet keep the brackets attached to the rack).  I used a center adjustable bolt to tighten the hinged clamp to the gutter, and two bolts(1 on each side) to bolt the clamp to the main section.  I used some 1-1/4" round tube in a clam shell design with hitch pins attached to some chain for the shovel mount.  You can easily remove/mount the shovel even with thick snow gloves on.

About 3 weeks after I finished it, my buddy decided to trade his Bronco to a guy in TN for this linked '85 on 1 tons.
Pics and full specs here 1985 Toyota X-cab.  Even though he had to meet the guy half way in Texas, given what the Bronco needed to be truly trail ready, I think he got the better deal.

4RunnerChevy

Gotta pull my T-case, so I pulled this outta the "field of dreams".  It has pulled many a case and tranny.  12v actuator, some unistrut and rollers.  It can lift about 1/2 ton, and roll.  3/16 thick 316 stainless top 9" to 24" scissor.  Made in 4 hrs, didn't cost a dime, a true G job.  True Booty fab at its finest.

Thats 3/4 solid, it bent like nothing.

that is a nice rear bumper simple and clean.  You must do this enough to justify a tig welder.

nice work.  You either have way to much time on your hands to drill dimples in the front cross brace or you found some sweet looking tube steel.  I like the rose, I have made a few of the copper roses before but I like the base with the horse shoe.

He welded expanded metal to the front of his hanger to give it that look you can tell by looking at the picture.
