Here's the rest of the plate, it works greatly. I did it all for pretty much free, aside from the hole saw that I had to buy.

Ok so it was just my computer. Darn work blocking it. It is like I should be working at work or something.  I have always wanted to build a long travel toy after I finish my crawler. I have seen several people who build them out of plate and tig weld it all. Ant they turn out great. Is it still 4 wheel drive?  I am not seeing where the blue set go in the set up.

boggerunner

A hot rod wagon I built for my son.  The only down side to it is that it is heavy.  My son will ride in it for a few minutes then wants to pull it.  I saw something like this on a web site and decided to build one.  I still have some welds to clean up before I can paint it.  This was also an exuse to learn how to TIG weld, I used TIG for the entire thing.

theslayer85

The steering.  It took a few tries to get the steering to track straight.  I machined little tie rods and have a left and right hand thread on each one, so I just loosen the jam nut, twist the tie rod and I can align the wheels.

Wainiha

Heim steering on a wagon?  Your son is one up on me already...

Is that a kingpin axle too?

Yeah, now if I can get my crawler finished like this one is. It is a 1/2 inch bolt that i ran through both the steering C and the axle C with a nyloc on the other end.  I know trucks so when I designed it that made the most sence to me.
