I'd like to hear from anyone and everyone that wheels Toyota's.

What is your IDEAL Toyota to wheel and why. (If you could build anything what would it be,pretend money is no object)

ANYTHING GOES!! THINK WILD.

IM NOT TALKING ABOUT DOING A SAS ON A TRUCK YOU HAVE.

MORE LIKE, LETS PUT A 600HP V8 IN A FJ 100, MATED TO A NV6500, LINKED WITH POTAL ROCKWELLS ON 47'S. CHOP THE TOP AND MAKE IT CONVERTABLE.

for me either a 88 or 92 4runner cause i carry family members probably go with 1tons a 4.3 engine and a 3link/4link setup internal cage 37s so that i can cruise on the freeway duals tcases(4.7toyota box mated to a atlas4.3 ) add a 45gallon fuel cell and so on
88 4runner 2016 5.3 auto atlas 2 on tons and tons of fun

Rockcrawlintoy

i dont even know where to start. something that can go fast in the snow and desert and something that can do well on the rocks and still be kinda streetable. doesnt need to be "legal" but able to be driven on the street for short periods without turning too many heads.

I plan on doing a 4 seater buggy w/ 1 tons, LS1, Atlas, coilovers, full hydro, 47" Iroks on 32 bolt beadlocks, 4 linked F/R and toyota skins ( maybe cruiser or taco skins ) once my wife gets out of schooling.

That's the real basic description... not much Toyota other than the skins but it'll be fun and still look "toyotaish"

Well I have 2 because i want a toyota tow rig and wheeler.

1st would be the Diesel Tundra that they teased us with at SEMA except I want a solid front axle thats equivelent to a Dana 60 but in a toyota flavor.
-At least 450 HP and 900-1000 TQ
-Allison Transmission
-35-37" Toyo MTs
-Bling stereo with f/r monitors and rear reclining seats like the tundra has.
-Full size bed with a g/n hitch
-Leather
-Fab Fours bumpers f/r and 15000 winch

Wheeler would be essentially my buggy with toyota skins probably FJ40 skins and maybe a 4 seater version someday with coilovers and air bumps.  Oh and with soft sides so my wife stays warm along with my kids someday when we have them.

I guess I could say that for a DD rig I'd take either a 1st gen 4Runner or a double cab tacoma that has
-LS1 or equivalent
-4l60e built
-Atlas 4 sp
-Spider9's
-linked f/r with coilovers and Air bumps
-4.88's
-37's Toyo Mt's for street and 39's IROKs or BFG Krawlers for the trail
-Trail Ready Beadlocks or Walker Evans
-XD9000I winch with Am Steel blue winch line
-DVD Navigation with Satelite Radio
-Heated seats
-PRP's new reclining race seat
-Full harnesses along with regular seat bels
-Sliders etc etc.

Ok i had a chance to think about this. It would have to be a FJ40 or close. i would like to have a tube chassis or maybe firewall forward of the frame. it would have 4 full seats link like the photo but with these parts.
LS3, nv4500, atlas
60s with long Cvs and arbs front and rear with 5.38s maybe 6.17s
2.5 inch coilovers,
tube fenders, 115 or so wheelbase i think thats about it.
maybe some small stuff like OBA and a shower.
