I know, cause I had a loan for it and then he sold it as i was approved for the loan.

well a little update, finally get my two days off a week (sunday and monday) so I'm headin out to pull a set of 51 inch toy rears and grab a few other special springs to repack and throw under the front of the 92  , gonna just redo the front end/spring hanger, dove the front and rear, build a square driveline and move the steering box forward....... then I'll throw an exo cage on it (partial), get long slip heavy wall DL's, 30 splines, hydro assist, and totally redo the front clip in a few months.... I just wanna get this thing back on the trails for now as inexpensive as possible   I'll post up pics tonight!!!

hell yeah!!! I got both sets of rears and another radiator for the 4runner but didnt make it into the shop.... my 81's runnin alittle funny so I gotta baby it! I'll get the pack built after work tomorrow and post up some pics, bring this build back to life!

I got the passengers side cut and got the leafs all done, pulled the axle forward so I could drive it into the shop and pulled fenders off.... also popped the dent out of the bed from the accident.... I'm excited, wanna get this thing caged and doved by..... november, realistically but I wish I had a damn tube bender.... oh well, twisted toy comes back to life!!

oh yeah, its gonna flex like MAD!  Im dovin it 8 1/2 inches on each side of the hood (17'' total) and angled to 10 1/2 inches from the back of the hood..... moving my front axle forward a few more inches along with the steering box....... got that good old feeling when i drove it around the shop in double low..... I miss my toy! I might do some more on it tomorrow if I get off alittle early....

well goooood news! no work at the shop so I spent all day on the yota!  Got quite a bit done today! check out a few pics

well i measured out the frame to the shackle mounts and whatnot....  good to go, just gonna cut the front clip right behind the VIN plates on my blue 85 that i traded the cab off for a tranny/top shift tcase and slap that on the 92 then beef the snot out of it, already have new motor mounts, 89 camero radiator/electric fan, older warn 8000 lb winch.....
Need to order new front Ubolts, front spring hanger, shackle bushings from marlin.....
Then radiator  hoses, a good chunk of steel for the cage, gusseting the frame, and building dual rear shackles with pins, two fat Hella lights for the front............ and a load of work!!!!! I'll keep it updated!

Thanks!  Like them custom formed ubolts eh? LOL!  Just hope the axle isnt bent too bad....     yeah its nice to FINALLY get started rebuilding this damn toy and its gonna be pretty damn wicked!!!!

that frame is getting cut out (i posted that previously) and an 85 front clip is getting welded in and beefed up! gonna smooth up the shock hoops and weld them back onto the new clip.... i'm going for a little more up travel this time.... around 5.5''

piece of cake!!! I've got it all figured out, the frames too tweaked to use the front so why not replace it with one thats already off of a straight axle truck??? plus the steering box, shock hoops, and front hanger all needed to be relocated

ya i have stock rears up front im mixxing them this weekend though. they dont add lift or take any away. what gave me my lift is my 2inch drop hanger and my shackles. i have a body lift too so its not low. my buddy has a 89 on 38's and mine's on 36'6s now and sits same hight. my build up has pics of the rears up front
