hey jake, once we fix your dl...which wont take long at all it will be way more legit. you should wait and see before u get another one couse like i said mines totally legit now after i tweaked it a little. but its up to you. either way im sure you could sell yours and break even.

Scary...... mine did that in my 87 and I put a heavy load in it winter of 07/08 and I was going up a slight hill and BOOM! grenaded the transmission. I was 3rdgear

yea i guess it could be worn out, after all its got 320,000 miles on it. :ha_ha: maybe the extra gears in the crawl box bear more on it making it louder. oh well, ill run it till it stops, then have my dad rebuild it

hey the W56B trans I put in the 85 had almost 400k on it and it ran smooth as butter. best trans I have ran. it was in 3 vehicles... out ran a trans with 160k and 215k :yupyup: should I say, REPLACED them.

i had my dad drive it yesterday. he dont think its the tranny. he thinks the dl vibration has alot to do with it. so matt how bout another 12 pack to do the front?

I got a tow rig! It's a 1983 single cab short bed dually Chevy. It had a 6.5 Diesel that blew up so my buddies dad put a 454 big block in it so I never have to smog it! Got ot for $700 and runs like a champ.

Yea I may get a tow dolly from a buddy for cheap and just pull the rear DL.

That would look pretty sik but flat white hold grease and :pokinit:.

I picked up the cage that was in my old truck from my buddy today for $50.
Pretty good deal considering I sold it to him for $150 back in August.
