Found this over on Pirate, think its the best setup I've seen for the back.  Still looking for ideas on the front!

Prolly the cleanest rear bumper i have seen.

The only thing I see wrong with that rear bumper, is that you really couldn't use a high lift on the sides of it. However I do agree its one of the best bumpers i've seen, as far as looks go. Really like the minimalist and simplistic look.

My new bumper I made out of 3/16 steel

At first I thought you used China steel and then saw the second picture!  :rofl2:

Here's mine.....made DOM, very simple but durable. Winch plate is made of 1/4 inch thick sheet metal. I don't like too much bumper, creates dead weight. I don't know many time this bumper has saved me.  :sly:
I remember this truck of yours, you had it up for sale at one time.

I hope these pictures can help w/ your quest.

I'm running 37" toyo's on my 93 22re. It's very quiet on pavement and performs great on the rocks.

Here's the bumper I made.  Turned out heavier than I expected.   But the lines turned out better than my pre fab drawings.  It has awesome clearance.  When I picked out the metal I wanted metal that wouldn't bend so at Metal Mart I found the thinnest sheet that didn't bend.  If I were to do it again I would do it out of thinner sheets of metal because my angles would have not allowed it to bend.

If you use that bumper with only the 4 mounting holes I saw, its going to bend the crap out of it
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

There is going to be five mounting positions, the bottom the two frame mounts and the outer mounts under the lights that are going to have 1" Dom to the frame. I don't know about you but if I can build this in auto cad don't you think I'm smart enough to make mounting brackets!!!
