hows your rig do on 40s want to move up when these are gone. any broken parts or things you have to upgrade other that the basics. got brakes and cromo anything moore.

no problem! Well so far i love the 40's. I havnt gotten to rock crawl with them yet so idk how long everything is gonna hold up. I do have 27 spline longs, dual 23 spline cases, r151f tranny, 1/4" wall drivelines and cryoed 4:88's. I also just got my ARP hub studs last night and my chromo hub gears from longfield should be here tomorrow. So once those are installed, I think my weak link will be the stock inner axle shafts. We will find out this summer when i get into the rocks though. I flogged on it pretty hard in the snow last weekend with no problems, so i am happy right now!

Done for this week got other side done just some bracing welding grinding welding grinding and a hole lot more stuff left.

got the front put in man its strong as hell now. havent even welded back side yet.

dont know what light to run any cheap sugestions.

i like the green fairleed! I have installed quite a few pairs of IPF driving/flood lights and they are really great quality for the price. Thats the only suggestion i have i guess

was out of town working for a little but going to try and get it ground out this week may be add a beer holder for convieance when winching.

has anyone run the trail gear led strips. are they bright or do they give off gay accent light. want to use as rock light but don't know how much light they put off, i know trail gear but there kinda cool idea just don't know about the quality. what u guys think?

got some grinding done today crap work.

making a beer holder but will mount flush to surface with wire mesh bottome.

cut down old blinker to make smaller and going to cut it into the front corners. going to tap plastics tomorrow to get some amber lenses material. going to wire mesh the front to protect from brush. going to look trick.

here s the holders done i hope its strong enough.

got the blinkers done. re wired the side marker lights to be running lights and turn signals now. got the idea from some one else on the board. super easy and all the factory hardware stays in place to man it was so easy cant believe i was going to put them in the bumper.

Hey can you post up some pictures of the underneath? I can't quite tell if you have a small 45 degree angle going to the bottom section or if it's just a 90 degree angle.

her you go its a 45 to the front

I'm going to weld on because its easy but could weld plate to front frame and another to back of the 45s and bolt them together so you could remove some day.

Got some 500 hella 6" lights and added some cheep rock lights in front bumper looks like eyes kinda cool.

Did some mock up with #3 rebar for a stinger and corner guards. Going to use 1.75x.120

Maybe get it bent up after i get some cash back from taxes.
