This is almost exactly what I want!   How much would you charge to make another one but with a little longer stinger (say, 1 1/2 times the length of the one in the picture)?

It is pretty heavy, but i like how solid it is. I've decided to sell these though, $400.00 each, finished & primed. The rear one can be used as a front bumper or a rear. Both can be used as winch mounts and air tanks.

What size/thickness is everyone using for mounting? I'm considering fabbing up something for a new Powerplant 12k, and don't want it to just pull off the bumper. Any good mounting ideas?

Getting my runner ready for the roundup this year, and I need to get some bumpers fabbed up!  Since most of the bumpers seem to be tube, lets see some pics of badass plate bumpers!   :flamer:

sidenote:  what springs are you running and what size tires?  Im building a 91 runner and have 5in for the front and 63's out back that might be a little tall but i really like the stance of yours

I have been trying to find a pic of the old school hansen bumpers, any one got one.  Real nice plate bumpers
