Good seeing your rig in action on the trail!   :beerchug:

Was that a canvas bag on the back for trash? or just a logo?

The bag is a re usable trash bag that my girl friend made. I had at least 6 or so people asking where they could get 1  :)

Got some of you on Sluice

The sweet trash bag!

Thanks Mini  :beerchug:

How do you like your Goodyear MT's? I'm on the fence after tearing a sidewall on my 37" old style MTR and not being able to find a replacement. Got a great quote on a set of 37" MT's on recentered hummer wheels.

Truck looks awesome!

I have been looking at those tires also. Looks like you are running 16.5s beadlocks? Did you get them from trail worthy fab on pirate? They seem to have good prices on the whole set up. How are they on the highway?

I did get them from Trailworthy Fab. The only issue I have with them is weight. They are very heavy and my little 22re gets bogged down when heading up I50 to get to the Con. However a little added up sprung weight when on the trail is never a bad thing. As far as road noise they are not much different then the old MTR's I had.

Well I spent a good amount of time working on my truck at the shop today.

Ran into a few issues that slowed us down. But progress has been made and it looks good!

After a few slow downs my Runner is back on her own rubber again.

It seems though that the drivers side birfield has a cracked cage :( So I will be tearing it back down t check on that.

Any updates? I saw you cruising this thing down Baseline the other day. Looks way sick with the new wider stance. You wheeled it yet?

I havnt wheeled it yet. It turned out the drivers side birefield was going bad when I 1st put everything together. I got it swapped out last weekend and now it almost sounds like the passenger side is a little bad but not nearly as bad the the drivers side was.

I flexed it out on top of an old MR2 the other night my front shocks are currently limiting my front travel.

If your free this weekend I can stop by and let you take a look at everything. I recently moved out to Elverta and my buddy gave me free reign over his 2 car garage :D

Well I have been working on a few small projects lately......
-new dash lights, fixed the fast Flasher http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showpost.php?p=9365528&postcount=1
-replacing heater core
-relocate ECU
-OBA with York

I still need to order up a gasket kit for the York. Any one have any suggestions on what psi Pressure switch, or what size air line to use? Anyone looking for air tanks to run with OBA, look up a tool repair shop and ask them. I got a great twin tank set that holds apx 4gallons of air for less then $20, had to talk him down a little :D

I usually just use 3/8" hose. Right now I'm using a 85-100 psi switch, if and when I get ARBs I'll change it out. Basically just putting this one because I have it, and it will keep from blowing lines off...

I have looked at all sorts of info and this info was never really covered. So what I am currently looking at: http://www.amazon.com/Viair-90007-Air-Source-Relocation/dp/B000YC42RQ/ref=pd_sim_auto_6 and http://www.amazon.com/HornBlasters-90-120-PSI-Pressure-Switch/dp/B0043XDLEM/ref=pd_sim_auto_1. I am running dual e-lockers so I wont have added pressure to worry about from ARB's.

Nice! I'm working on a York OBA conversion and 100 amp GM alternator swap right now as well. Just scored a York at picknpull last sunday on half price weekend for $17. Those pressure switches look like they'll work out good.

Have you seen this manifold. Seems like a lot better that cobbling some T's together.

That manifold looks good. I hadnt yet looked at northern tool much. For fittings I thing I may get this http://www.4wd.com/prodDetail.aspx?partno=V%2fA90006 It could atleast save a few bucks and give me a few pieces I know I'll use.

What are you planning to use for huse?

That's a good deal for all those fittings. For hose, I'm just gonna use some goodyear air hose I have laying around. I'll probably just start using it without a tank and see how it does. It'll only be used for airing up only. I carry a cordless impact, drill and grinder so no need for air tools.

For starters I intend on only using it to air up, but may use tools later

Are you just replacing your  current ac comp with the york? Have you built your bracket yet? Your running a 22re right?

Yeah I got a 22re. It doesn't have A/C so I'm just gonna make this bracket.
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=236027

Probably gonna get my buddy to cut it out on his torchmate. Might just bust out the drill and band saw make it myself. Looks super simple to make.
