IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Everything looks good, even the garage.

Carry onwards....

Well thanks...I am looking forward to a Mem-Day weekend winch install, I am just praying the extra weight of the bumper and winch will be enough to level that front end out...

I am looking forward to your winch install too!

I believe it should at least bring down the front an inch or so, but that looks like a lofty bumper, so hopefully you will level out a bit more!

The front springs really gave a lot more lift than I expected...an I am a little worried because the bumper is not coming out as heavy as I expected it.  I may end up removing the smallest bottom spring in the front and shifting it to the rear to try and level things out.

Made it in two peices so the bottom would line up with the bottom lip of the c-channel...don't know if it looks it in this pic, but it is plenty beefy to hold on to the truck.

Let me just mention that the angle of that picture is creating a bit of an optical illusion...the hoop really doesn't look like a big hard-on.

There are no body panels left at those "corners" and what little sheetmetal you see there will be trimmed off.

Ahh, taking a break cause the little welder that could has hit its thermal shutoff.  This is the first time I have really had an issue with duty cycle, usually I cut a little, weld a little, etc, but all the finish welding on the bumper was just too much.  Here is where I am right now.
