IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Went back out and the welder didn't work still so I opened the case and found the controller has a little bity fuse.  There was nothing but dust inside it!  Also the motor that runs the feeder seems to be leaking oil.  I am going to go find a couple of these fuses and hope I can get a little more life out of it, but the welder may be done for.  :dunno:  I was hoping this thing would be enough to get me through till I had a garage with 22oV, but I may need to upgrade to a better quality machine here.

Don't get discouraged.

We all want to see this thing done!

That is unfortunate about your welder.

Looks like the fuse was the issue.  Don't know about the oil from the e-motor, but the little welder that could was back in business today.  Finished up all the welding. The only thing I didn;t finish up was the front mount for the fairlead.  I mocked up the roller and decided it just sticks out too damn far, so I think I am going to order up a hawse fairlead.  Anyway here it is:

did the flywheel pass Johnny's inspection?
looks like you are getting alot done.
soon you will be  :driving: it

CTENG in KS

Johnny liked the flywheel, it was a little heavy for him though.  Once the clutch is done, there are only a couple small things left and I might have it to a wheelable point.
