my 1st gen...1980 longbed

Hey cookie have you had it rebuilt or is it still stock? Take a can or carb clean with the motor running and spray it around the intake and the carb if you here the motor pick up in certain spots you have a vaccum leak there little bit of silicon and your good to go. Just an idea.

1983 Toyota SR5 long box bobbed 17" doved 14" bed cage, 22re, w56 tranny, working on dual cases 23 spline 4.70 twin sticks driveline disco. Dana 44 front, Dana 60 rear disk brakes and ff.

its just a stock one i got from a friend, he said it worked on his truck. i havent really messed with it anymore since i got it on there. im sure it needs rebuilt because the second barrel doesnt open at all. i just hate messing with carbs, but i need to get my ass in gear and do it. ive read on pirate that all that needs hooked up on them is the vacuum adv. and they work just fine  :dunno:.. thats all my buddy has hooked up on his an it works great.

here are some pics from over the weekend at Browns. we ran firebreak 5, mini rubicon, can opener, upper crushers, and water fall. made it through and up all of them with no breakage  :beerchug:

what kind of rims are you running on your truck? also are you using spacers?

im not sure on the brand of wheels because they came with the tires i got. they are 15x10's. and yes i got 1.5" spacers up front and the wider rear end.

thats funny... we were there for quite a while prolly an hour.... we filmed the whole group of trucks going up

ya that jeep is pretty bad ass. its a wagoneer with 2 1/2 ton rockwells, v8, 44" swampers, beadlocks, doved rear, some kind of gears. it goes pretty good for a jeep  :biggthumpup:
