Long story short:
Dave was cutting off my Johnny Joint Shackle hangers with a battery grinder and cut-off wheel.
Grinder literally jumps out of his hands and flies 3 feet to his knee cap, slices it, then the grinder hits the ground running and never shut off. The grinder did not have a guard on it, but it hit his knee straight on so it wouldn't have helped anyway.

Trip to the emergency room, 7 stitches later:

You didn't even have a kung fu grip on it in the first pic  :screwy: No wonder the grinder bit you.

In today's overly litigious society...I'm surprised that they let you "gather evidence".

Nice job on the knee...mmm, a nice Chianti and some fava beans...nevermind.

For thge record it was MINIs grinder and HE took it off .....  and I should have put it back on I know..... but even with the guard it hit me top first so the guard would not have made a difference. so give me my point back  :disturbed:
