Its just paint. It already had some faded undercoating on it. So I sprayed undercoating over the welds and painted everything with a rust tough enamel gloss black. It turned out pretty good.

I like the sticker location. Its subtle. And hes getting a different rear window. There also one on the front windshield in one corner, and the other corner has a Grant Kustoms sticker. Hes got a rollpan, it just doesn't fit because of that sweet dent. So I didn't put it on there. Lol.

And the skull on the side is my logo. Its a skull and cross bones type deal I drew up, but with ball pein hammers. That became my trademark when I was building minibikes. I always used them as kickstands.

I can only get 35 PSI in each corner. The front suspension will travel up another 4 inches, and the back should do another 6-8, but needs more PSI. The compressors won't put much pressure in it, but he plans on running nitrogen so it shoudl go up pretty high.

But here it is with 35 PSI in each corner.

And here is what I would consider ride height, 15 PSI front and 10PSI rear will ride nice.

Thanks for showing pic's of it up  I was showing my 12 year daughter the build of the Mazda & wanted her to see it with air in the bags. She likes it. I was explaining how I used to have a lowered truck & was going to 3 wheel my 90 Toy ext-cab & do a double diamond tilt bed back in 94. It got stolen while I was saving for the parts. I would air bag one for sure if I ended up with one again. Many props, you do excellent work

Thanks man!

You were definitely a 90s minitrucker. They used to build a lot cleaner trucks back then. Now we've got a lot of hack jobs on the scene.

I'll consider it. I kind like the one I got. I was gonna mount one in the bed with some type of clasp for emergency use.

Yeah theres a picture of the drum brake. I thought it fit well with the oldschool theme. And I made a horseshoe brake lever up front. It worked pretty good. Got a little brake fade when you had ot stop quick from 50 but thats about all. That bike was ridiculously fast. It did 0-50 in under an 18th mile. I think we timed it around 5 or 6 seconds to 50 MPH. My neighbor, the cop, got out his radar to confirm how fast we were going.

See the horseshow here.

I really miss that bike.
