Mostly people who use Ad Hominem attacks instead of actual logic in their political discourse :) That can get super unproductive

Lewis, Lewis, Lewis…….  Do you live under a rock?  How much Fn logic do you Fn NEED!!

Can you Fn SEE?  Can you Fn READ? Are you a Fn MORON?

Historically, with all the Fn logic there has been, what part of Fn Marxism works for YOU?

Communist regimes produced the greatest ideological carnage in human history, killing more than a hundred million people in the last century.

There is NO Fn LOGIC TO MARXISM, SOCIALISM, OR COMMUNISM!!

Biden’s communist party is destroying our country!!

Don’t post your Fn LOGIC shait here and expect people like me to read it and NOT express my Fn opinion!

When you pull your logical head out of your logical anal cavity, then we can get super productive.

YOU ARE MY ENEMY!!  YOU ARE ADVOCATING AND SUPPORTING THE MORONS WHO ARE ATTEMPTING TO DESTROY MY AMERICAN DREAM!!

There… how’s that for a logical Ad Hominem attack?

Clearly more thought than you have?

None of these alleged issues is due to the color of his skin.

DWB does not exist, not one study has shown that Black drivers are targeted more by police than any other for simply being Black while driving, and every encounter alleged to be DWB, there has been either a vehicle or moving violation that was the initiation of the stop.  This is not to say that LEO's do not profile Black males, they do, but guess what, LEO's profile all males between the ages of 14-34, as this age group of males is responsible for 80% of crime in America, and 75% of all crime in their community, and the lower you are on the economic scale, the higher the likelihood of you "matching the profile" and having a LEO stop you while driving due to a simple vehicle or driving infractions, as a way of initiating an encounter to look for criminal activity.  I grew up in a rural primarily white community, and every Friday/Saturday nights, the LEO's harassed us while out, not because they were racist, but because they assumed they would find either weed or alcohol, as there was little else to do for those under 21.  Fortunately, we caught on early to what they were looking for, and when heading to a party, made sure to put the beer and weed in one of our friends newer cars, and not one of the beaters or modified cars.

If you want to reduce the effect of profiling while driving, or when out in public, i.e., stop and frisk, we have to stop proactive policing policies, not police presence, but the ability for police to interact with civilians for fishing purposes, and return to a "probable cause standard", i.e., witnessing a violation, and not the "reasonable suspicion standard", which since Terry v Ohio(1968), allows a LEO to stop a civilian who he believes may be engaging in illegal activity or acting suspiciously which them allows the LEO to search you for "his protection", which is an issue for all ethnicities, not just Blacks.
Outside of mandatory sentences for crimes, prison sentences are determined on two issues, the current crime you are being sentenced for, and your past criminal history, so no two individuals charged with crime "X" are the same, therefore no two will be sentenced the same.  By the time anyone who is being sentenced to prison for most crimes, outside of a mandatory sentence, they have had multiple chances of changing their ways, regardless of their skin color.
No two appraisers appraise a home the same way, ethnicity has nothing to do with it, and since the "bubble" appraisers are no longer chosen by the lenders directly, but by random from a pool of appraisers, so you have no idea of what experience the appraiser has with your area, or the type of homes they have experience in appraising.  I just had a home in my family trust appraised, between the two appraisers, there was a 31% difference in valuation.  Anyone seeking a home value, be it either to sell or refi, should get a 2nd or 3rd appraisal, if the first appraisal is lower than they expected.
Guess what, they don't, and never did.  AA was just another "feel good BS program", that actually did more harm than good, as it either set up minority students to fail due to not having the academic skills needed to succeeded in college, or diminished the academic achievements of those who did and would have been accepted without being an AA candidate.  In every State that has ended its AA program, such as CA did in 1996 with Proposition 209 written and advocated for by a Black man that passed by 55% of the vote, there has been no significant loss in the representation of minority students once admitted by the program.  Yes, some universities in CA such as U.C. Berkeley minorities once admitted by AA is down to just 5-7%, but other UC's such as UC San Diego it as high as 31%, more than compensating for the drop in enrolment in the upper tier UC's.
Lending is based on your credit rating, not your skin color, and your income alone does not determine your credit worthiness or the interest rate you will receive.
Car insurance is primarily based on age, gender, driving record, and where you live.  If you live in high property crime area, you rates are going to be significantly higher than your counterpart living in a low property crime rate area, my sister, who is white, found this out first hand when she moved in with her fiancé, who who owned a home in a primarily Black and Latino neighborhood.  Her insurance rate increased by 30% even though she was driving about 60 miles less per day to get to work, all due to the auto theft/property crime rate of the neighborhood.
How schools are funded has nothing to do with the level of education one receives.  We know what each State spends per student and what rank their public schools are, and there is no correlation between spending and performance.  For  example, in 2019 Vermont spent the most at $20K/student and ranked 5th, New Jersey spent $16k and ranked 1st, Utah spent the least at $7k ranked 10th, Colorado spent just $10k ranked and 7th while New Mexico spent $700 more per student and ranked 50th.  Truth is, outside of the the teachers union/school board political ideology, the value that child's parent(s) place on education and their economic level has more to do with the level education the child receives than the amount of money the State spends per student, which is why rural and urban school districts have nearly the same drop out/graduation rate, as they have nearly the same poverty rate.  If we want to change the level of education of the poor, we have to address the issues that plague them, throwing more money at it does nothing, which is evident by the $22 trillion spent on poverty/minority programs since the 1960's, yet the issues the money was supposed to resolve remain the same.
Typical reply from someone who can only argue from a position of faith.

Thanks for taking the time, but simply claiming that racism does not exist, when countless statistics disagree with you, is not exactly productive. We will not reach an agreement there, especially as you used precisely the anticipated circular arguments that always come up.

I have to disagree with your biology....

You need to do a little more research into genetics.... homozygosity can be an issue with human interbreeding.

Gnarls. :usa:

Your answer makes zero sense. Just because traits can become homozygous in the offspring through interbreeding, humans aren't a single species that CAN interbreed? Your biology knowledge compares to your medical one.

That's white MALE peeps feel they are more discriminated against.

Lewis

Black people were not kidnapped from the jungles of Africa, they were purchased from tribes that won battles. The losing tribes peeps were kept as slaves by the winning tribes and subsequently traded from there. The Europeans capitalised on that and America got blamed for the whole thing.

Racism is world wide, it has no boundaries. Racism really isn't THE problem. Prejudice really isn't THE problem either. The problem is a product of either or both racism an  prejudice. The problem is BIGOTRY!
I see my wife. I notice her skin is darker than mine. Noticing her skin is darker is racist. People see us together and ask what mail order bride service I used to find her is prejudice. The friends and family members that walked away from me when I married her are bigots.
We are always going to be racist as long as we have tags to pin on each other.
Prejudice will never go away as there will always be stereotypes out there.
Bigotry will never go away because you can't fix stupid.

I am sorry and I apologize!

THAT was my alter-ego posting poo-poo again.  He thinks he is part Rambo and part Terminator.

He does not drink alcohol, but he does have an occasional episode of "rant".

He can be a badass.  He is 6 foot 4 inches and weighs 244 lbs. He drinks 24 ounces of organic carrot juice with a ½ dozen scrambled eggs (free range cageless) and 4 pieces of raisin cinnamon toast with honey-laced peanut butter for breakfast.

I have seen him empty a Colt Mark IV Model 70 at 25 yards in less than 6 seconds and all 8 rounds were in a 6” circle.

Back in his youthful days I watched him tear the Eugene Oregon telephone book in half with his bare hands.

If you were ever up close and personal during one of his rare rants, I don’t believe you would think he is funny.  Although… he is widely known for his incredible sense of humor.

If Alice robs a jewelry store and sells the stolen jewelry to Bob and Dave, Bob still owns stolen jewelry. Legally, it doesn't even matter whether Bob knew the jewelry was stolen or how much Dave bought.

But that's leaving aside the gaping hole in your argument. We have decided as a society that no human can be the property of another. Thus, we don't speak of "buying" "trading" or "stealing" people, it's all just kidnapping. I'm not saying that the African tribes were saints (they weren't) or that Europeans didn't have slaves (they totally did, and they were pretty mean to them). But we live in the U.S.A, here and now. Part of our society is at a systematic disadvantage, due to the history we've already discussed. That is making our country poorer, and above all it's morally wrong.

Lewis, Lewis, Lewis!! .....Your “logic” is flawed just like your dumbass posts!

The verb OWN in the context of your illogical sentence infers the noun “OWNERSHIP” and the LEGAL right of possession.  Neither Alice, Bob, nor Dave can be an “owner”!

If you truly understand LOGIC, then you would know there are valid rules of inference and demonstration. However, there is no universal agreement as to the exact definition or boundaries of logic.

In textual communications conceptual semantics is almost always at play.

Pathetically, you continue to demonstrate your ignorance.

Tight end football recruiting guidelines
NCAA Division 1—FBS

Average college football player size for TEs: 6’4” / 241 lbs
Should be a three-year varsity starter
Multiple years competing at the All-State level and, in some cases, the All-American level
Recruits must have a great combination of size and speed and be able to change the LOS at the point of attack. He should have soft hands and be able to stretch the field vertically. D1 FBS TEs should demonstrate explosive physicality; they can find the open window in zone and separate from man coverage. He shows the ability to break tackles and gain yards after contact.

Who thinks one of those athletes is "borderline obese"??  :dunno:

Holy crap!!  500 on a bench is heavy duty!

I worked out at a gym for many years.  I broke my back in 1980, compression fractured 3 vertebras, the T-6 (right between my scapulas) was really bad, so I had to minimize certain routines.

In my early days, one of my workout buddies had Razorback DNA, he'd been body building for about 15 years.  I watched him bench 440 and leg press 1200.  He was an animal.

Muscle is heavy... about 15 - 20% more than fat.

I still have the workout card from the Power House Gym that was created for me by my trainer.  It is the VERY best whole body workout routine I ever did for my body in the 25 years I did weight lifting.

Please be careful.  I have friends that were training for the Olympics that were injured pressing too much weight too soon and ruined their athletic future.

I occasionally had muscle pulls that sidelined me for weeks!!  I think my body was addicted to lactic acid!!  :gap:

By the way... physically I peaked at age 42.

Good luck with 500!!

Typical, going on some tangent off subject. If you want to argue the point offered, a little clue, the key word is kidnapped.

If Alice robs a jewelry store and sells the stolen jewels it's still Alice that robbed the store.

the comment presented was a point that 99% of the anti slavery people get WRONG. The Europeans didn't run through the jungles capturing the natives. They purchased them. Then they sold them to the world, not just America. Yeah, it's a world widw issue, not just local.

If you want to debate a point you need to know what you are talking about.

I know there are a lot of bigoted fots in my family's history. I also happen to know none of them had slaves. They were all too poor to own slaves.

I see this morning upon opening my Amazon page that you can "Virtually shop black-owned businesses".  :disturbed:

Two things....  one:  How about Amazon putting up an option "Virtually shop Made in USA only businesses"!!!!  :dunno:

and two... what if instead the ad read "Virtually shop white male owned businesses"? :dunno:

because we live in a truly racist country,
they can but we cant, literally spelled out for us
the racism they claim with little to no proof on us, they flat out push thee hate and racism down the throats of Americans starting with children
It is done early now, starting with children's shows and cartoons then on to social media and then the media itself
we live in a weird racist childish world where they actually think they are the good ones and are helping and making the world safe from mean racist's
Im gonna have a shirt made that says "support ALL business's" and see what kind of BS I get, should be fun, I wouldn't mind smashing a few mouthy little facks

It would be racist and sexist to shop white male owned businesses.

Have you heard of or seen "Black Fatherhood"? It's a show about black daddys.

What about white history month?

Most racist phrase these days seems to be "All lives matter". People are getting beaten half to death for saying it.

Racism will never go away. Just recognizing a difference in skin color, eye color, the way hair grows, the shape of someones eyes....... The list goes on. Singling out a race as a descriptor is racist really, She was asianis racist and sexist by todays standards. Hell, "SHE"  or "HE"  is outright offensive! This whole movement is just making things worse.

Next ime they remake "Tom Sawyer" Huckleberry Finn will be black.
