You either love crapple or you hate it.

There's some truth in your statement. I have a Mac, Apple TV, AirPort Extreme, several AirPort Expresses, iPhones, etc., and it has really made a lot of the things I like to do simple. It's not without frustration for some things, but for an overall solution I like it a lot.

I love being able flash my phone on the TV, play Pandora through three different access points from my phone or Mac, etc.  It can all be done with non-Apple gear but my experience has been pretty seamless.

Finally got the Green light to order up the Allpro front bumper.  :phone:
Fully loaded with all the options.  :willynilly:
There is much debate on how long it will take to get it here.  :_oops:
They have quoted 2 to 3 weeks. Sqwadoosh has concerns about it showing up in time for out Moab trip first week of May.  :crossed:

I have heard bad things but personally I had good luck when I ordered my bumper. I was quoted two weeks like you and I saw it within 3 witch I found reasonable

That's not bad at all! This seems to be a very common trend with many custom manufacturers of bumpers.
My bumper (not allpro) took a good 3months to show up and i was initially quoted about 1.5 months.
I really do like the look of the new allpro front bumper though, cant wait to see it installed!

I would complain if I didnt see it in 2 weeks. I have built my fair share of tube bumpers for friend's and they have never taken more than a day to make.

rybike

Sorry I didn't mean to sound like I was complaining, I was actually very pleased how fast mine showed up. I was just saying I have heard of people waiting a long time in the past and that hopefully bestgen gets his as quick as I did

Anyone have first hand experience with this setup. It looks very nice and well made.
Looking for feedback.
I am not ready to run out and order it, but this looks like a good option when I am ready.
P.S. Thanks Jon  :smooch:

I ran one on my Rubicon trip as a loaner because my Marlin one broke in Moab.  I almost just kept it.

Its very well made, I would buy it again over any other. Also its fairly easy to mod it to triple stick if you wont to later on.

Its Christmas in March !!!!!
Bumper came in from AllPro !!!!
Officially it took 19 days.
Oh, its so sexy. Just what I wanted, combination of plate and tube bumper in one.
Much lighter that I had expected. Little filing and grinding to make it fit just like it should.
Had to do a bit of grinding to the front of the truck also. Fits Just right now.  :yesnod:

Man I really miss the coast range sometimes.  Looks like your tires are working well on the greasy roots.

I again am impressed with the ProComp MT2, I had no traction issues at any point during the day.
As a street tire they are an A+, as a mud tire they are so far an A+. Now We just need to see how they do in deep snow and in the rocks.
I was aired down to 8psi and feel confident that I can go down to 6psi without any bead issues.
They bag out great at 8psi.
I could not be happier with them.  :driving:

Little bit of snow wheeling at our property in cle elum.
They don't plow the area behind the club house.
Got stuck up to the axles twice.
Had Carson shovel it out.
Mostly ice with snow on top. Tough snow to get threw. Very heavy snow.
We saw three or four structures collapsed under the weight of the snow.
One guy left his tent trailer up. It's destroyed!
Good day with the wife and kids.
Made sure to remove the snow from our shed, cook shack, and firewood storage.
I'm shocked one of them did not collapse.

Have you ever air'd down in snow to 4 lbs.?

Also had to modify the bracket it mounts to.
Still very very happy with the Bumper. Nice tight fit.
