my new Auxiliary fan showed up. I chose the Mishimoto brand for quality and an exceptional warranty.
I was back and forth between the 11" or 12" version.
Well, Looks like I measured correct. 12" flavor fit, just barely.
Stole enough time away from what I should really be doing to get her mounted to the radiator and the temp probe installed as well.
Sprung for the matching Mishimoto fan controller also.

Your kidding me right? An inclometer sells for $300? Holy crap I'm fixing to be buying some parts...

A while back I did the inclinometer switch plate thing.  I took the stock metal base and welded a steel plate to the front, that way it bolts down nice.  I set it up for those old rancho gauges for the adjustable shocks and a couple switches.  I will re-do it sometime for switches again and maybe an AF guage.  You will like it.

Somebody needs to come up with a pucker factor gage (PFG) that measures the tension being pulled in the seat cushion.  You could then use that data, inclinometer, and experience level to determine the overall risk.

Finished gutting and cutting the inclinometer.
You can see from the lens that it was not a perfect specimen that was sacrificed.
Verified switches will fit and allow for proper wiring clearance.
Sketched a 6 switch panel to scale.
I'm now trying to decide if I cut my own panel or buy a pre made panel and cut it to fit.
Overall I am happy with how it's turning out.

I like the meter switch thing, was thing about doing that with aftermarket gauges myself...  I'm sorta laughing at the electronic fan, only because when I mentioned wanting to do it you frowned upon it.  What changed your mind?

The fan is being added as a auxiliary only.
I thought you had wanted electric fan only.
I am not a "fan" of that, Lol

Made some progress today.
I picked up a piece of Aluminum from the hardware store.
Decided to go with a thick piece of Aluminum then I will wrap it in a vinyl sticker. This way I can change its look easy.
Plus, both My sisters work for sign shops that give them access to unlimited design potential on vinyl.
Just need to cut the holes next time I get some free time.

Here is my test fit and mockup before I cut the holes.
I am going to lower the switches just a touch.
Looks like they sit just a bit to high.
Maybe I will cover the aluminum with overlapping Marlin crawler stickers.
What do you guys think?

Finally!!!!!
Trailer day has come.
$4295 for trailer
$150 for correct trailer spare tire and wheel.
$100 for moveable spare tire holder
-$150 refused to pay the Transaction and paperwork fee.
Total out the door $4926
It's so beefy, box tube frame.
Tow capacity of 11,400
I could not be happier!
I'm going to continue this thread as I upgrade and modify the trailer.

Yes I do.
After I get the bumper.
I honestly think that's going to be my next big purchase.
Sell or trade in our Offroad tent trailer and purchase a used camper.

Little bit of snow wheeling at our property in cle elum.
They don't plow the area behind the club house.
Got stuck up to the axles twice.
Had Carson shovel it out.
Mostly ice with snow on top. Tough snow to get threw. Very heavy snow.
We saw three or four structures collapsed under the weight of the snow.
One guy left his tent trailer up. It's destroyed!
Good day with the wife and kids.
Made sure to remove the snow from our shed, cook shack, and firewood storage.
I'm shocked one of them did not collapse.

Its not that their phones don't take good pictures and video because they do. Its because the majority of iTards don't go into their settings and enable sending HD to non Apple devices.
