IDK, it made no sense at all. It happened at a stoplight on a major road and I was already stopped when she plowed into me enough to go under my truck. She then sat there while I surveyed the damage (or lack or on my rig), locked the hubs and pulled off her hood. Once the cop showed up she started screaming at him how it was my fault for stopping on a major road (at a stoplight ).  When the cop showed there was no argument from him, he knew it was her fault and sent me on my way.
