27 spline longs are still 30 spline in the hubs, just 27 spline where the inner axle mates up. YES I would be interested in a set of longs, tryin to get my runner legit for a snowrun up to TOLLGATE in a few months.... just keep me posted! 
i think you have somethin confused. Stock birfields are 27 spline at the hub. The longs i have are just the chromoly birfield, and they are the 27 spline version so they will fit right in without having to replace the hub gears. When you buy a complete set of 30 spline longs you also have to buy 30 spline hub gears to use them. Also the ones i have are the older style so i dont know how strong they are compared to the new 27 spline longs.
