Today was a good day. I was walking around out behind the metal shop with my friend ( joe s on here) so he could show me his clutch that he took off of his 350. He had thrown it in the metal bin, so we went over there. Guess what I found in the metal bin? Some coil springs. So guess what I did? I took them home. So later today, after work, I worked on the 85; I changed my oil and started working on fitting the coils in the rear of my truck. It took some time and I had to get a spring compressor, but I got it to work with the help of joe s. :woohoo: It lifted the rear of my truck a good 6 inches, which brings it about back to where stock height is. I am happy. It even rides smoother.

I also took the boots off of my crappy rancho shocks, because all they were doing was collecting mud and dirt in there. I also cleaned out my rear drums.

Now I have pretty much decided to part out the 90 (totally what the PO did not want me to do, lol), so I am going to rob the rear packs on the 90 for a couple leaves to stick in my front pack.

Total invested in project Big Dreamer: $0. I also named my truck the Big Dreamer. I now have enough room for 33s, maybe 35s with some trimming in the rear. Pics will come tomorrow.
