if i get pulled over and they start dicking with me asking questions and can tell they are not going to give me a ticket i tell them to stop harasing me and that there are more important things to worry about
Or you can tell them you want to speak with their supervisor. They usually do not want their boss to come out there for their stupid BS. tends to shut em up.
