All day again and not without many problems, IT'S DONE. The trans is done and the transfercase is attached. It even works.

After re welding the shifter hole and re boring it. Modifying the shifter thinigy so there was enough room to shift into 1st and 3rd. Modifying the shifter base to fit on the now super short tailshaft housing and welding it with DC positive.  :screwy: (I thought something was strange about the way it was welding.)

Anyway the Tcase needs to come back off to get sealed up, then everything is done and oil can be added.  :bananasplit:
