I don't know anything about the e-locker mechanism, but are you positive that it is ok for it to not move the full travel? Is it a loaded piece?
When are you doing duals? Before or after the Naches trip?
I did a lot of research and found that using the 7mm longer shafts from a coil sprung 4Runner prevents blowing side gears when doing the E-Locker retrofit. It was also recommended by Zuk. As far as the duals go. I doubt they will be in before Naches. I need to purchase a cross-member, pay for re-routing of my exhaust, and drive shafts. I also need to wait until Jason gets his truck all done as well.
