Pulled the 9.5 apart today and started cleaning it. I will tell you this thing is HUGE. It doesn't help it has 1/4 inch of crapp all over it.
Bolted my diff jig down.
Made a pinion nut flange holder
MARK YOUR CAPS!
All apart.
Drive the races out. Everything looked ok. SOme wear but still in good shape.
Gear off. I like the 9.5 nut/bolt method vs 8" bolt only method.
Pulled the carrier bearings off. I'm not sure I could get them off without destroying the bearing.
Pulled the pin and spider gears. Its getting a SPARTON
