June 24, 2009: What is that noise?I am well aware of what a bad wheel bearing sounds like, so I promptly opened it up for an inspection.
Looks like the original rear axle outer rubber seal went bad and allowed water to get into the bearing.
Hmmmmm, not sure if this is bad or not
Oh, this must be how you service the ball bearings
Ahhh, I just need some J-B Weld
New Marlin Crawler bearing
Back together and good as new
