This is the Disconnect I decided to go with:

 From:

www.speedwaymotors.com

Great people!!  I was on the phone with them and they answered every question I had.  When the Customer Service Lady couldn't answer my questions, she got some one on the line that could.  They were very polite!

Lots of cool stuff on thier site.  Sorry for the shameless plug to the vendor.  I just think great service deserves publicity!!

Wow, looks really good. I have not been by the shop since we cut off the bed.

Speedway is great to buy from. I've bought a number of items from them and have always been pleased.

We knew the inside would be tight. One of Jacks goals was to get the seat where he wanted it. A taller person would have to do things a bit differently, and probably use a different seat also. He has the extra nice seats in this one, and they are on sliders too.

Here is a pic of the Rock Sliders.  Dallas cut out the beat up rocker panels and then welded in the new sliders.  It makes for a cleaner look and a little extra ground clearance.

The project is almost done.  Just waiting on the drivelines from High Angle and I can get the Toy back into my garage for tires, seatbelts and paint.

A few more pics, Dallas got the rear bumper on and the sliders done. Just a couple little details to go. Since the bed was bobbed, and marlins bumper is for a standard bed it had to be modified a bit. Dallas cut about 4" out of the sides and cut the frame brackets to fit above the shackles. The whole bumper is a little higher than normal.

Truck should be back in my garage the 22nd or 23rd of June for tires and then I can get it on the trails!!

Well, the truck is in my garage.

Right now I am breaking in the gears and some minor painting needs to be completed.  We are taking it out the 4th of July weekend to shake it down.  I will post pics when we get back.

Here are a couple of garage pics:

The truck is on 33 Pro Comp MT's with 15X8 RockCrawler rims.  I can't go 35's yet because the garage door needs to be slightly modified. ::)  ::)

Sorry the pics are kinda dark, it's a new digi camera and I am still figuring it out.  I'll have better pics after this upcoming weekend.

Well, finally got the truck out on the trails this past weekend, nothing serious.  The suspension worked great!!  I only have one pic(because my dumba$$ was so excited to go, I forgot the camera) and I am having trouble resizing it.

Only issue I had is with the cooling system.  I almost overheated on the freeway and then again on the trail. ???  ???   That, and I didn't air down far enough so I was having probs with that.  Time to learn wheeling all over again after getting rid of the IFS.  That and learning the new gear ratios with the 5.29's and Marlin's tcase.  My crawl ratio is completely different now because I was running 4.10's before.

I really like the front bumper, does marlin sell them like that or did you have to customize it later.

your truck is looking real good.

Marlin will sell them like that.  I just asked them to leave the "stinger" off when it was made.  They knocked some money off of the list price since it was less shop time and tube.  All of the bolt holes lined up perfectly!  How much $$ they took off, I can't remember.

 Thanks!

One thing you can't tell from the pics.  The cage goes through the cab and is welded to the rock slider arms, which are welded to the frame.  It cost a little more but I wanted the added security if I really screw up and do multiple rolls.
