Got my new axle with new bearing, collar, and seals all pressed in. Just need to put it back in the housing, fill her up with fresh fluid, refill and bleed my brakes and then I should be back to jammin.  :driving:

Did you check the other side?

Any damage or obvious wear near the splines on the broken one?

Nope, just sheared off right at the c-clip.

Well she is back on her feet. Ended up having to replace both wheel cylinders, the right length of brake line from the "T" on the rear axle and a whole lot of brake fluid. Top tip don't bleed drum brakes without the covers on. Otherwise your wheel cylinders explode from pushing the shoes out too far. Live and let learn  :hammer:

Going to hit Liberty this weekend with another club. Going to learn the trail system up there before taking people up there.  :driving:

I replaced bestgen's broken tail light today. You are welcome buddy.  :therethere:

For anyone who has a mini and blows out any kind of light lense I highly recommend the Taiwanese company "Depo" that sells on Amazon. OE quality replacements for a fraction of the cost. This is the second piece I've bought from them and I'm very happy with both. Can not tell the difference holding it up to the OE lense.

52. ARB 63 QT Fridge installed

Long time no update. Yes I am still alive  :hammerhead:

Got my new to me ARB 63 QT fridge mounted up. Drilled the floor and installed 4 D-Rings to use the ARB tie down with. It isn't going anywhere now. Wiring it up tomorrow or the next day then taking it for its first trial run this weekend for mudmaster's coming out party  :talkingn:

Are you back in business or just making an exception for Mudmaster's inaugural trip?  Either way I am excited that you're going to make it happen.

The latter. Going to be sending this core in and getting new rear diff soon too though and I'll be back at it. Won't be going to tahuya though. Once per year is enough for me.

It's a long drive for the quality of wheeling, especially with several better spots closer.

How is it for winter wheeling?
I have a couple guys been asking about going there soon. I was thinking about putting something together.
I am 1/5th of Perfect Fit
SqWADoosh [04:19 PM]: *sigh* I guess Chris is right and I just need to wait until I'm in a place where I have a tow rig and trailer before I get this caliber of truck
Mudder [08:28 PM]:   not try to be a jerk, but are you serious bestgen?
Prismo [06:11 PM]:   Done, time to relax or as Bestgen says....FREEDOM!
HogCanyonHopper [06:54 PM]:   I like my little rod. it gets the job done
H8PVMNT [03:30 PM]: I can go both ways.

OTO Phil

It's about an hour drive for me. I'm in Vancouver. Come on down, we'll show you the trails
