This all started when I put duals in. Putting the driveshaft into phase didn't change anything. Next up to try is to drop the crossmember to the lower position so that my cases are not contacting the body.

I'll have to check this.

How is your driveshaft marked?  My High Angle driveshafts have red arrows to make easy to know which way they go.

If the transfer cases are contacting the body I would expect vibration. If it's light contact the weight of a passenger just might be enough to damp it. I suspect you'll resolve the issue by lowering the crossmember.

Eventually. The immediate need is to clear my damaged passenger rear fender from my flop this summer. It is starting to rust and is unsightly.

Doesn't that mount use poly bushings? If so did you run that before the vibrations started? I noticed mine vibes a bit especially at idle with the poly mounts on the tcase.

Spent the day trimming 2" out of my rear fenders today to remove damage from my flop as well as part of the preparation for 37s.  :willynilly:

Going to let the seam sealer dry over night then hit that with some sand paper in the morning followed up by paint.

Looks to be turning out well.

All of my damage/dents made it very difficult and it is not going to turn out very clean because of it. Oh well though  :dunno:

Lookin good, keep it up.  Custom body work is time consuming but worth the effort.  I have a bit of a stretched wheel base and I had to lengthen my rear wheel wells. Seam sealer is cool.

Finished up my fenders yesterday as well as got some more armor refresh done.

My rear bumper was in really bad shape. Had to grind away a lot of rust from rock rash that I let sit for too long. Got it all out though and looks like new.  :yesnod:

So I'm finishing up my armor refresh in my last couple days of my break. Next up on the road to 37s is going to be a steering overhaul. I need a new pump first and foremost. I will be utilizing this method which uses the Chillkat TC bracket coupled with an Autozone sourced TC pump. Then I will need to source a separate reservoir for the new pump as well as some new lines to run it all. This will solve my whining 3rz pump as well as give me extra power for turning my 37s. At the same time I'd like to solve my pitman arm hitting my springs problem which I will solve with the Sky's 3/4 less drop pitman arm. I'm not sure what is going to need to be done to clear the 37s in my front wheel wells. I'm hoping that I can further pound the :pokinit: out of the pinch weld and that will do the trick.  :crossed: Other things I'm looking at is doing the IFS hub swap + taco or FJ cruiser brake upgrade. It is all going to boil down to what the tax man giveth back to me next month and what I can allocate to the truck before April.
