Working some OBA for my truck. What do you guys think I should do to mount this tank I am considering building a box type frame for it with a 1/8 bottom and then bolt a cylinder mount to that. 



As you can see, I have the tank x member and another that I put in to mount shocks to that I can build off of:

I decided to scrap the idea of mounting in the bed like that. these cylinders are supposed to be used upright and pulling it out of the bed every time I needed to fill tires would be stupid. So the next idea is to mount it vertically through the floor of the bed behind driver and secure it to the back part of the bed somehow. Thats Plan B anyway.

Getting ready for Memorial Day in a couple weeks.

I had a PIAA light kit laying around that I pulled off the wrecked Taco donor for my swap. I figured I'd run em and see how I like them. I just welded some tabs to the bumper. They are fully adjustable side to side and up and down and they are bright as heck!



Also installed some rock lights. just zip tied them on for now because I may end up moving them. I have some for the rear that I will install soon.

threw some paint at the ole girl. I wanted a dark blue and went with Krylon regal blue. way better than it was. guess I should wash the underside of the hood

So heres my solution to mounting the co2 tank(monster!). bolted in good with a piece of 1/8" steel and some plywood backing. I decided to add some small chains to support the bottom of the bracket. it turned out pretty good I think. solid enough
