UPDATE

i talked to my lawyer  and told him i was going for a brain mri,  he said  well if he (my doctor)  thinks  you need that  lets go another step,  and he called a  brain imaging specialist   that he has  worked with before on other  personal injury cases  and  then he called my doctor  and  they worked it out  so instead of just getting a generic MRI  today(and having to pay $650 up front)  i am going to this specialist thursday,  and i dont have to have any money  because  my lawyer is gonna pay  for it :woohoo:

bad news is i fell earlier  and went from two canes  to a walker :thud:
