Hmmmm. Means you have a bulging disk, which is not causing a narrowing of the canal that the nerve passes through. The neural foraminal protrusion without narrowing is also good. Typically, these will heal by themselves over a period of time, which can be up to a year or so. Sometimes an epidural injection will speed this process, but not always. I would not allow anyone to suggest surgery based on these MRI results. An epidural, physical therapy, Chiropractic are all good options.
