What is the tolerance of the spindle bushing, new, installed ? and the dia of a new axle?

Then we can take these # and combine them with the cross sectional drawing I posted and you should be able to see Engineering intent for lube flow thru the bushing

Frankly I am so confused over your typing, you want to sound educated ? first of all you shouldn't have come out asking a question when you had no question to ask, you were trying to "inform".  second, instread of being so persistant and pushing your point, look and both sides and look at arguements from both sides and consider them.  third, slow down on the typing and read what you type before you post it.  it doesn't help when people don't understand you.  and 4th, as much as you might think  you don't have a cocky attitude, you really do.  it's not so much cocky as it is ignorant. 

i'm really trying not to be a jerk about this whole deal just because i hate all the crap on pirate and only deal with them when i'm on a thread where i know the guys.  if i was you, i would ask big mike to delete all of this, not that he already deleted your thread once, but try to start new again, but with a different attitude and come about talking about your special grease from a less offensive standpoint.  this thread needs to get deleted before it does turn into another pirate thread.

Why?  He's not done convincing nobody he's right and an entire industry is wrong! 

So if I have it right, here's the basic breakdown:  Dude finds out a lighter grease is used in tractors, convinces himself it should be used in Toyota knuckles, then sets out to convince everybody in or involved in the industry that he is correct and they are all wrong, which is made more difficult since he writes in sentence fragments and poses questions that seem more like answers. 

That sound about right?  Think of all the good this dude could have done with the years he's devoted to this had he chosen a legit cause.  Hell, he coulda cured cancer just by deciding that it doesn't exist!

That's not his style.  He's even said on other sites that he could start off nice, but that's not what grabs people's attention, therefore he chooses to come off confrontational and as a know-it-all.  I don't remember which site I read that on, maybe the one where he claims victory because throughout the course of a year he's "made a tech consider the possibility" or something like that.
