just swapped in a 3.0 from a 91 truck into a 89 4runner. i used the harness from the motor , coil from the truck, got power to the coil, but no fire. the harness from the motor has the 3 plugs that go to the ecm, then 1 gray plug with about 9 pin connecter right by the ecm, that has the hot wire for the coil, then it has a white plug about 1"square. the wire harness from the truck has 2 gray plugs but no white one, i need to know what that square white plug does and if its the reason im gettin no fire,or should i start lookin somewhere else? hopin to go wheelin this weekend for my b-day, any help is greatly appreciated!!
