Looks good, was it hard to bend the tubing that thick?  I have 2x.50 tubing for my arms, how would you suggest gettingthem bent?  I tried a couple of shops but they wouldnt touch em?

I have a big ass Harbor Freight style hand hydrolic bender as work that i bent them with.  it was hard for even that thing but it did it.  I never looked into getting them bent at a shop so i wouldn't know.

skipnrocks

is it one of those push benders? the ones that use a bottle jack?

Hyena

Ya, the infamous pipe kinker!  this one uses air to move the jack but it also has a hand pump on the side.

skipnrocks

Looks like it did a good job though!  how come you went with poly bushings on the axle side?  Just for ride quality?

well, with the radius arm style on the passenger side it would be useless to have joints on the axle.  that why i have the flex joints on the frame end.

Makes sence, I for some reason assumed you were four linkin it?   Poly bushing are alot more reasonable in price also, and you should get plenty of flex with the flex joints.

Ehh 42s are only 1.25in of clearance more, with your 39s you should be able to clear the curb and maybe the speed bumps at the mall without too much scrapage!
