Here are the bump stop pics-  :attention: These are from my Runner- NOT the Trekker.  :attention:

This is the front, its frenched 50/50 into the frame behind the shock hoop, squares right up with u-bolt plate, now a bump pad.

This is the rear: Frenched in about 25% and you can see a spacer pushing it closer to the rear u-bolt pads- bad pic I know, sorry.  :_oops:

Just had to make some L brackets, 2 C brackets (to keep cables out of the way on Pass side) and was able to use one of the original back holes on the front. Weld/Drill/Weld/Drill/Weld

Just used 2 grade 8 bolts/nuts on each side.

So far so good, I havent done anything more then, 150 freeway miles, zero offroad. They were hard to get right with shim, and grease is basicly a guessing game. I thought the drove funny but that was something else I later fixed, driving wise you cant tell they are there.

That light bar is badass. My buddy just got a tube bender so I am totally making something similar. My front bumper does not lend itself to aftermarket lights so this is the perfect way to solve that problem. Nice work!

Been a while, anything happening on the Tylers truck?

GotMyYotaBack

Sorry, Summer vacation. Tyler and I did 2500 miles in my truck from here to Moab, Colorado, Sand Mountain, then the Rubicon. Just got back.

Bad ass man, i'm jealous for sure!  If i would've known you were coming through Colorado I could have round up some other rigs and met you for a some wheeling, maybe shown you some "favorite" local spots, that is if you would have wanted some company.  Looks like an awesome trip for sure!

GotMyYotaBack

I added more pics: The weather chased us out of Colorado, no doors and no top in the sleet = no fun. But I was amazed at the sights.

Here is  link to pictures from the trip, it was epic!

Hey do you have a build thread on your runner? Your pictures are amazing and inspiring, as well as your runner!!

GotMyYotaBack

No I dont have a thread on the Runner, I wish I did. Someday when I have free time, I will put together a basic parts and modification list, take some shots and post them. I wasnt really on the boards when I built it.

Any updates on the Trekker?

One more question too, not sure if i ever asked or if you already mentioned it but do you know the measurement between the center of the bolt hole in the front spring hanger and the center of the bolt hole in the top of the front shackle (rear of the front spring obviously)?

Thanks.
