should post up on http://toyotatrekker.com .. they LIKE Trekkers too
That's how I woulda reacted today if I had gotten a Trekker and I'm 40. Kid, you did your Dad proud with that response.
i had to do the same thing with my ruf. if you have a press i would try and grease that little metal sleeve, then get a socket or something that just fits the diameter of the sleeve and put a piece of tube or something on the underside of the bushing to make sure you dont press it out as well. thats how i got mine out
Yea, we gave that a real college try, almost bent the vice handle, with a jack handle for leverage. Good news however, Pirate RUF FAQ page 7 says that the older springs dont have the sleave, so the springs that are in the back of the truck should be okay, we had tried to use a set that Andy had laying around. So back to the shop in a few to check. Thanks for the $.02
yeah thats what happened to me as well i tried using 4runner springs fist which were pretty clapped out, then took the springs out of my 83 and its just regular bushings. good lookin truck keep up the good work your son is lucky
now let's see pics !
lookin good homo !!!
By the way, how are things going hanging out in front of the Home Depot?

Yea, thats AP his son. They are looking for a Fuel Inj Runner, keep your eyes out. AP, no those boggers are on a buggy customer.
How much backlash did you setup with Dan? Pattern looks "ok" as you said, but it looks a little shallow for my liking...
