LilGonzo86

LilGonzo86

needs more triangulation. cool first truck looks good.

LilGonzo86

sorry im a noob what do you mean triangulation....

pumkin toy

that exo/main hoop doesnt look to bad.  how are you gonna tie in the down bars? going through the bed to the frame with them?  Also in your first post it says it has gears in the back, is the front diff geared too?  looks like a good starter truck!  its in pretty good shape

84t0y

your main hoop needs braceing with like an X in the middle.

LilGonzo86

o ok yeah this is just the basic design. and yeah i am going to cut holes in the bed to tie it down. if you look at 82jugete's build i based it off of his.

84t0y

im sure you know this but you cant use 4 wheel drive without regear the front too

LilGonzo86

o shoot did i say it didnt it does i dont have lockers front and rear sorry about that

Yeah definitely, living at home rent free during high school helped me put more money towards building my 4runner. Had it more or less where I wanted it by the age of 20.

I'll be 20 April 1st and my 4Runner is in a part out/hacked up stage.... oh well i still rent a room at home. So ill be able to build it still. I have to agree with both you & Adam, being at home does help out a lot!

I do agree though.... good start lil Gonzo. I like the truck.
