I got to say... you can't drive :(

crazykooter

Hey guys been a while since ive had internet.  I am just using a friends net for a few so I thought I would post a few pics and stats of whats been done of late.
I did get 4.7 gears and 23 spline adapter dual cases.  Not that I am gonna use it any time soon but I will be ready for next season.   I had to make a new rear drive shaft with a cv but I need to get it balanced.
Hopefully I will get my internet back soon.  Atleast my truck is  still running well.

Heres a pic of the roll cage.  I didnt get it painted before I installed it but it will work just fine.

Did you swap in a 2nd gen truck or 1st gen 4runner gas pedal?  The 1st gen gas pedals that pivot at the floor are a pain in the ass.  Do you still have the cab around to snap a couple more pics of this?

Ya and its not great.  It vibes under load pretty hard.  Gonna get to tracy to get one built right. I think the cv is just hammered.  When I get a chance ill change the ujoints out.

Ya its a second gen pedal and it does work much better.   I still have the cab but I dont know if I am gonna keep it or not.

Hey guys I finally got internet back.  If anyone wants my old truck come and get it or I might have to scrap it.
I got my rear 5125's installed but they are pretty stiff.
Worst of all my trans I put in a few months ago broke the 5th gear.  I pulled it apart and put another gear in.  Seems to be better but there is still something very wrong with it.
This truck is pretty close to being parked for a while.  I got an old 91 ford superduty off my dad which runs great and has a new trans.  Down side to it is it looks like hell.  Has a utility bed on it which is coming off tomorrow and when I get the money I am gonna make a flat bad for it.  Then this will be my tow rig.
Gonna be posting a bunch of crap to sell off tomorrow.

CrazyYota

what do you left from the old truck?  :rivers:

Haha Thank You! not only does this reduce pollution, but it actually gives back horsepower. it reduces backpressure and actually pumps ur exhaust out, by making a forward pulling vaccum for the next pulse of exhaust. Really helps when ur running a cat
