ya through the coolant system since thats where the combo of that oil and coolant went. . . just a quick start and then drain then water, drain, then coolant. pretty sure thats how it goes but i'd double check JIC. I dig the first fender with the more cut looks dope!

i like the first one better, but if it was my truck i wouldn't cut it like that. personally i like to only cut as much as necessary.

cheaipest way to clean parts is use oven cleaner you can get it a dollar stores and :pokinit:. I used it on my t case when I got it and some other parts there were just covered in 90 wieght. Just spray it on let it sit for a bit and hose it off. I works really really well with a pressure washer if you have one but if not a regular hose works to.

I like the lower pic. I especially like the top exo dissapering into the fender.  But I do like the straight cut fender.  Maybe just bring it lower to the peak of the arc.  Make a combination of the two...

got the head down to jim putney today. got more problems than anticipated. the timing chain guids were bad so there are massive grooves in the cover, it wore through and thats why i had milk in the top end. So i have to get new guides and a new front cover. The head gasket was slighly blown but it was a felpro so thats a good reason why. It got hot and I am hoping the head is not warped.

so now that i know what tranny i have, what case i have. I know what to do for duals.

Moving on. So My rear axle is bent. I am going to attempt to try and straighten it. The guy who had it before me welded on a ubolt eliminator kit. I think the heat warped the alxe. The ends of the axle are bent up so the tires sit like

/----@----\     Not that bad but you get the idea. If it doesnt work I am going to sell the third and shafts and get a rear 60

The tan was kinda sweet..

Once you started getting the truck muddy, the contrast from the mud made the truck look grey.

I would be farther along if it would stop freakin' raining I dont have a nice shop to work in. I really dont want to roll in the mud.

i got a new spindle today at pnp so now i can finish putting my 44 together. I have to gusset the front hanger, repack my front springs, move my box forward, get the gears set up in the front, spool it, make a front DL, get all new bolts for shackles and :pokinit:, bend up an exhaust, put the motor back together, shocks front and rear, fix the rear housing, finish bed bob, get a ubolt flip for the rear, change fluids, bumpers, sliders, smog, and :driving: I think that sums it up.

and paint it
