Steppin out for a bit. I'm going to compile some cash and get a good dd then start with a 1st gen 4runner when I am not stressing so bad on trying to build.

Lol, idk how much longer my car is going to last me. So I might as well sell both, get a good dd and then find a 4runner to build when I'm able to. I can't throw any money at this thing anytime soon so I'd rather sell now and build when I can.

if by car you mean your subaru, dont sell it- you have access to the greatest sbaru tech on the planet right here..........me.....

I got asking price. Now it's a waiting game for the right thing to come along. it sold pretty quick. I'm sad to see it go again but I'm stepping out for a bit till things are more stable.

I love my car but it needs work. Clutch, tires, tranny, tune up, new oil pan, full breaks all around, etc. It still has ac which is good but the car needs help. I dont see dumping money into it cause I will not get it back.

then give it to me- ill get it back....and i doubt you need a tranny-they almost never go bad

It grinds from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. Every down shift it grinds. If you don't come to 100% stop it grinds going into first.

thats usually a shifterlinkage problem, there are 8 bushings that wear and will not allow full ingagement, synchro wear is uncommon but not unheard if

Put new tires on, got new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. New brake pads and changed all fluids. Hope she makes the drive lol. Still need a muffler but I'm not sure what to get. I want something that sounds good but not ricey any ideas?

Left yesterday at 11:30pm got to Utah at 10:30am. Drove straight through. The Subaru did amazing! I was leery cause I had never driven it outside Chico. But I did not have one problem. Now to get my job... Or at least something till I get "my" job...
