"Later, I learned that even though I engage 4WD my hubs are not automatically locking? Something about manual locking hubs I think. What's manual mean? I need to read a manual to lock them? lol  So I found these neat autolocking hubs and installed them. Sometimes they dont stay locked while I am backing up, but that's fine because I dont have a backup camera to see where Im going (like our RV) so I just simply dont ever back up"- BigMike

I like that front bumper. Nice progress, didn't take long.... :gap:

Dan I'm disappointed.  You don't have it down yet??  HAHA

Dude good choice on the welder and plasma.  ESAB machines are awesome.  Plasma kick ass don't they?  After having one I don't know how I'd ever live without one.  The only tool that I think is nearly impossible to live without now is a porta-band.  You'd love it for making little brackets and what not.  Saves a lot of time.

I'm not gonna be in a hurry, gotta raise the funds first.  I just consolidated my bills, to try to get out of debt.  I just started putting $ in my toyota fund bank!

it will be lifted about 3-4 inches

well, i been out of town for a few days doing steercar work, and got home today, was able to grind the frame smooth, fill in any cuts, box the motor mounts, and weld on my spring hanger.

put some nice braces on the hanger also :D

got my sliders today, and posed the tires to see about what ride height will be

crawlerdan

well...i got a LITTLE done today

burned the holes for shackle mounts, welded those up, hung springsa, hung axle, installed brakes, did the shock hoops, torqued everything up front down, installed shocks, installed the sliders, and painted everything.

all thats rest for the front is relocate the steering box 4 inches foreward, and do bumpstops
