yeah the only problem is i would like to still have normal 4low for trails and such... then double for crawlin... but beggers cant be choosers i guess

Im in the same wagon, I always had to drop to low to go on trails when i had 4.10's. When i put the 4.7 in i didn't really have a great 10mph trail speed. 4th and 5th worked decently but it sux running outta gears when you want to go a little faster than 5th. I figured id live with it till later. Then i 5.29ed and i didn't need to low on moderate trails. Its to bad high low isn't shift on the fly in a gear case. Thats one other thing i miss about my chain case is 2wd - 4wd on the fly. Well see how much that gets to me this winter going to the mountain.

So just got back from goat... Its 2:30 haa I ahve to be at work in less then 7 hours.. but it was fun there was a lot of snow the gates still closed but we just went past the road to the towers and played. Reason we got back so late is because my stupid fuel gage is Effed and when it goes to empty and is about to run out the gage goes back up to a little over a quarter so I thought I was good and i ran out of gas... so I pulled my buddys tank skid off and pulled his drain plug had a line of guys from his rig to mine just fillin up anytihng and everything we had, well ends up I ran out again so did it again and then once more so he just flat towed me about 5 miles to the crib. It was a lame night friday the 13th hates my life haha, some bad things have happend to me on that night not trying to sound like a wierdo but its deff some bad luck or something.

today was fun so mad that it was a bust though. I can't believe we can't wheel off the main road I have talked to multiple forrest service people and cops for that matter and they dont say anything about it I actually talked to one about where we can and can't wheel and that was somewhere he said we could.

I'd also like to thank everyone who stayed for staying and helping with my truck. And matt that was sick when you and tanner were pullin me you were throwin a fatty roost of snow everywhere.

Tanner thanks as well for the tow and pushes, tell casey thanks again to.

for the people who weren't there we just had a big group go up to goat mountain and play around just some fun trails and it ended up being a bust got a phone call from a buddy who had just gotten tehre saying a cop told him that he was on his way to write tickets to everyone who was off of any maintained road. I don't know his loggin but someone off the board got pulled over and talked to him. It was just dumb but we went up in hte snow and played around in a rock quarry for a while and some other stuff, up untill I completely lost all power to my coil and igniter maybe even to my fuse box I was fed up so I didnt go into much detail. my thoughts are the O2 sensor wires got melted together on the exaust cause my flat belly puts my exaust super high into the wires. I had them tucked up and away but they must have fallen onto it. I think those are part of the circut so since they were toast it wasn't completing the circuit could that be correct? sorry about the spelling Im really tired and hungy. Also just so you know there was no blown fuses or messed up wiring anywhere that could be seen other then the O2 and My truck didnt die I shut if off, it was running perfect then all the sudden I went to start it and nothing.

dude goat has been closed as far as trails are concerned for quite a while now... there is a thread about on pirate I believe or somewhere, I know I have read it before and its supposed to only be open for "winter travel" on maintained roads thats really about all I remember though...

ya like I said I am not really sure but I do know if there is not a marked trail system then you prolly arent supposed to wheel it... and we need to go wheelin soon! I have a couple small things to get done to my rig and get a weekend when I actually have time to get up there! I think were gonna go play locally this weekend!
