make sure you get a bill of sale or a pink slip or something from whomever you get a cab or whatever from.

Bummer about the truck chris..

So when you say swap, are you going to put the runner body on your frame, or just swap all the drivetrain over?
all i want is a little more than i'll ever get!!

Pfft that's fixable...  Take out the headliner and take a look at the inner structure.  You'd be amazed at how easy the cab goes back into shape..

That is what I am going to try this weekend. Hopefully it'll work. I'm not interested in really doing a cab swap right now. Too lazy. I'm way stokedon doing the tons.

what works good is a couple 2x4s and a high lift. My A pillar was pretty bad and i just put it wedged it in a cross piece on my slider and put a 2x4 on it and it straightend the kink which helped made it the right length and brought the roof back up. I'm sure you could do that to yours with the floor and then beat the rest straight.
89 extra cab stock on 1 tons.
83 rolled with built toy axles
92 2wd DD
first gen cab

Check out the build.

Hey Chris,
Glad to hear you guys are ok after Saturday night.  My buddies told me about it when they got back to our camp at buck.  Keep me posted if you need a hand with the runner.
