my inner rings showed up today, ordered them on the 16th from what should have been 1 day shipping.  anyway, they are for a 16" wheel, so they are going to actually have someone drive up here and exchange them with the correct ones on tuesday next week.

also, i took the radiator out last night and dropped it off at a shop to have them pressure check it, if its bad then im out $100 for that radiator and ive been looking at summit and found a Be Cool one that i can use for $200, its a lot bigger too, i also took apart my fan to find out that it is a directional fan that ive been spinning backwards so its about 50% efficient, so i took it out of the  shroud and whatnot and am going to build a new shroud/mount for the fan to spin the correct direction, but i also might go to the junkyard and grab a tauras fan if it will fit.

drive lines are balanced, so no noise from them really.  its the poly mounts for motor mounts.  the 22re vibrates soooo bad.

gotcha. I dont have to many vibs besides the unbalanced tires at like 65-70 are pretty bad. But I dont think the carrier bearing is going to last very long, Ive already gone trough 2 in a year and a half... we'll see

just go get yourself a real pillow block back there.  your current one should be a 30mm bearing, but you can get a  1-3/16th pillow block at bearing belt and chain that will work just fine.  but the timken stuff is $$$

went up again today, just did a little day run, the truck performed flawlessly.  found out that that my heim on the rear upper is was loose, so i picked up another one that ill be putting in here soon when i put in the upper coil mounts.

anyway, ended up having to pull Fernando out most the way because he blew his front end up again.

heres one pic i got on my phone, kyle has some video and some way better pics.

Well, ive decided im going to enter the first event at Brownsvalley outside of Marysville:

May 2-3 Brownsvalley, CA

Ill be in the Super Mod Class:

SUPPER MOD
OVER 40IN MUST BE 84IN OVER ALL WITH TWO SEAT FROUNT ENGINE NO REAR STEER

Should be a good time, im going to need a spotter, although im sure Kyle is going to chime in ASAP.  and im going to need to install my 5 point harnesses ive had laying around for years.

this is the week after hammers, so im hoping the truck is still in one piece haha, either way though.

entry fee is $200, so im going to look for a few sponser in the next month.  i think my work will sponser some of it because its pretty local and all rock crawler guys need welding supplies.

everyone should come watch me beat the crap out of my truck the first weekend of May in Brownsvalley!
