well, all thats left is exhaust and rear shocks, hope to have it done by tomorrow evening for the weekend.

before hammers i would like to redo the upper coil mount with one from ballistic, but other than that i think everything is turning out tits. i ordered some beadlocks on monday from ruff stuff, im hoping ot have them by tomorrow when i get home so i can have them all ready to go by friday. then sat and sun we are hitting the highlakes for a lil shakedown and some go fast time.

before the rocks i need to trim up the skid and refit it under there (not hard). but i think thats it.

well i scabbed together some exhaust tonight for the snowrun. im still waiting on my BL and shock tabs from ruff stuff. im also ordering some coil brackets from ballistic tonight. after the weekend run im going to take the truck to an exhaust shop and have them redo what i have going on under there and make it legit, and also install the ballistic captures. other than that i make order up some 35spl stubs and drive flanges before hammers.

Good luck on the Beadlocks... I just got some tube flanges from Ruffstuff today, I ordered them on the 8th. And he sent my last order to my old address, luckly my buddy still lives there.

The BL should be beefy though when you get them, the rest of his stuff is.

talked to him on the phone monday night and he said he had everything in hand, even went and checked. said they would go out tuesday with UPS. ive got their D60 cover with all the bling and its serious beef. if i dont get the shock tabs by tomorrow im just going to have to make some, i just wanted the beadlocks for the snow this weekend because my wheels leak real bad when i air down.

ruff stuff has a lot of nice stuff but the guy has a serious issue with shipping. you should have had your stuff NEXT DAY PERIOD. everything IVE EVERY ORDERED from MARLIN has came next day to chico, EVERYTHING. there in fresno and 5 hrs from here. i know you already know this callen but just for others, it took me a month to get some 14 bolt brackets from ruff stuff. you ordered monday and here we are 5 days later and you still havent gotten your

and ruff stuff is only an hour and a half away. it would be easier to just drive there when wanting to buy

imo. usually when you order something and it says in stock your depending on it getting there at a certain time, thats pretty lame to have your customers pissed of due to shipping issues. id be pretty over it

any time kyle drive it he breaks it.

ripped part of the upper link mount off the frame, just have to bend her back and throw a couple serious gussets on there and then the skid plate will help keeping everything together as well. shell be dial in by nextweekend. hopefully the snow will be better i still have 3/4 of a tank of gas to burn.

im not going outside to get pics, its pouring down rain and windy as flopp, the weather today sucked balls.

the front mount ripped a hole around the angle iron. its going to get a few serious gussets, then when i put the skid plate back in that angle bracket is where it bolts to and then another on the othere side so it will help disperse the load across the frame.

that's gay but it will be an pretty easy fix that should become wayyy more beefy, like kyle said good thing it happened on this run not one that would happen far away and ruin 3 days of fun. i noticed your axle moving side to side for a while so im sure it was broken before we turned around. ur lucky u left when you did we stated to get majorly fucked on the way home from the snow getting to soaked with water, we got into some pretty lame situations, and i broke my 4x innovations t case mount, tying to pull james out hella hard. it broke right at one of there pinner ass welds that had undercut. should be easy to fix but still pretty gay.

ya, we just rolled out in 2nd with the 4.7 case in, nice and easy, never stoped once. ill have it all back together by next weekend.

and ya, what is it with pinnerist welds an all these bought items?

look at all the ballistic weld breaks, and mikey has a diffcover from WFO that im almost sure will leak because of a shitty weld.

im going to clean the garage fully before i get back in there, i would like to have ti all back together before next weekend, but im waiting on some brackets too that i want to get in there.

kyle and i got a game plan ready for tomorrow and we are going to bust it out in no time and have this thing ready for the weekend for sure.

plan it to cut 2x2 right where the old plate is and just plate the whole inside of the frame rail there for about 2 feet, and we are going to run a piece of tube between the frame rails where that 'leg' of the upper link ties in to help distribute the load to the other frame rail as well and hopefully stiffen up everything since i cut out the horse collar crossmember. plus im going to mount up the skid plate as well in hopes to tie everything in under there too.
